Our CEC-REN outreach team had the pleasure of welcoming students from Perth Road Public School to Chernoff Hall at 91制片厂!
After a brief introduction about water contamination and environmental challenges, students explored chemistry through a hands-on red cabbage pH indicator experiment, where they discovered how everyday liquids can change color depending on their acidity. Their curiosity, excitement, and thoughtful questions made the activity so much fun!
The visit also included a tour of Chernoff Hall, giving students a chance to experience university labs and learn more about science and engineering research environments.
