The Queen 91Ƭ ’s Africa and Diaspora (QAD) committee is pleased to announce the 2019 QAD Conference. The conference brings together academic and non-academic participants from a variety of disciplines to discuss research and projects in Africa and Diaspora.
The delegates for this fourth QAD Conference “growth, development, and research in Africa and diaspora” share a diverse range of ways in which they contribute to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development. The overall features podium and poster presentations, gala night, and a “mini world cup” soccer tournament.
Opening remarks will be given by Principal and vice-chancellor Patrick Deane and the South African High Commissioner, Dlamini Mntambo
