Col Babin 91ÖÆƬ³§ ’s research looks at the exponential increase in the use of the CAF in domestic operations and its impact on the CAF and on Canada 91ÖÆƬ³§ ’s national security. He also examines the reasons for this rapid increase including societal changes, politics and structural deficiencies in Canada 91ÖÆƬ³§ ’s emergency preparedness.
