Research at Queen'sQueen 91制片厂 鈥檚 Partnerships and Innovation is pleased to report the issuance of U.S. Patent No. 11,396,241 entitled, "Power Converter Controlled Capacitor Circuits and Methods," on July 26, 2022 to Yan-Fei Liu. The patent relates to a series circuit which includes a capacitor connected in series with output terminals of a power converter. The power converter provides an auxiliary voltage and a controller controls the auxiliary voltage according to a selected function, such that the series circuit behaves as a capacitor, an inductor, or an impedance, based on the selected function.
