I. Mandate
To create a collaborative community throughout Housing and Ancillary Services in support of a joint commitment to balance sustainability and fiscal accountability in all department policies, procedures and practice that supports 91制片厂 Climate Action Plan and its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
II. Roles & Responsibilities
The working group shall:
- Engage in open dialog and collaboration
- Participate and lead in any operational follow up where suitable
- Collaborate with student and other campus groups
- Identify barriers and advocate for testing and implementing new initiatives
- Define shared practices, communication strategies and educational opportunities
- Identify reporting and measurement strategies
- Promotion of existing sustainability practices
- Organize outreach and awareness activities to enhance general sustainability knowledge
- Discuss annual goals and assess progress of Fair Trade Campus designation
III. Duration of Membership Term
The membership term is one year for students and three years for staff members.

V. Working Group Membership
Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month during the academic year and/or as required.
