Chef Michael Smith returned to 91制片厂 on Wednesday, starting the day off at the where he sat down for breakfast with a group of contest winners from the Queen 91制片厂 鈥檚 community.
Chef Smith, one of Canada 91制片厂 鈥檚 best-known chefs and the inspiration behind the Mackintosh-Corry Hall eatery, signed copies of his book and talked about the menu items as well as the importance of eating healthy and his love for his home province Prince Edward Island.
Later at the Agnes Etherington Art Centre, Chef Smith offered up a lecture entitled 鈥淥ur complex relationship with food. How did we get here?鈥 that looked at the hidden reality of today 91制片厂 鈥檚 food systems and how embracing the eating styles of our predecessors can dramatically improve our food lifestyle. The event, hosted by Queen 91制片厂 鈥檚 Hospitality Services, drew a full crowd.
