Alumni Story: Heena Mistry
Heena completed both her MA (2014) and PhD (2019) at the History department at Queen 91ÖÆƬ³§ ’s. After graduation Heena was employed by the Queen 91ÖÆƬ³§ ’s School of Graduate Studies as a policy writer and analyst. Heena has also taught courses at Queen 91ÖÆƬ³§ ’s about slavery in North America. Through her teaching, work, and volunteering with SGS 91ÖÆƬ³§ ’s PhD Community Initiative, Heena developed a passion for addressing inequities and inequalities in Higher Education.
