How to Become an Isabel Subscriber:

Isabel Subscription Discounts and benefits apply automatically once four or more individual events are added to an order. Simply select your four favourite concerts and you're in!

Already purchased a couple tickets and looking to add more? Individual ticket purchases through the season will contribute to your overall concert count. Once you have four concerts, your discount and benefits will kick in automatically! 

Upgrade to an Isabel Signature Subscriber at any time through the Season:

Isabel Signature Subscription Discounts and benefits apply once eight or more individual events are purchased. Isabel Signature Subscribers gain access to a 15% discount all season long!

Subscriptions are on sale now! Returning subscribers can log in to their Isabel account to access tickets online and new subscribers can reach the Isabel Box Office at 613-533-2424.

 

Important Notes about Isabel Subscriptions:
  • Subscription discounts are only available on General Public tickets. Queen 91ÖÆƬ³§ ’s Faculty/Staff and Student ticket types are already discounted, so no additional subscription discount applied.
  • To purchase an Isabel Subscription, a patron needs to purchase 4 or more eligible events within one Season. Isabel Signature Subscription discounts begin at 8 or more eligible events. Tickets do not need to be purchased in one order but patrons should be careful to purchase an equal number of tickets for each event in order for full discount to apply.
  • Individual ticket purchases may contribute towards a customer's overall concert count but Isabel Subscription Discounts only activate after 4 or more concerts are purchased. Discount is not retroactive.
  • Ticket service fees are not included in Isabel Subscription Discount calculation.
  • The Isabel cannot guarantee availability of the same seat for every concert but Isabel Subscribers receive exclusive pre-sale access to ensure early access to their favourite seats!
  • The events below are excluded from the Isabel Subscription program. For these events, subscription discounts will not apply and they will not count towards a patron's total subscription eligible show count
    • Friday Nights in the Recital Hall Series Concerts (Harvest Moon Celebration, Bageshree Vaze, Keith Whiteduck, Sadaf Amini)
    • Summer Spotlight Concerts (VOCES8, Schmaltz & Pepper, National Youth Orchestra of Canada)
    • Splash’N Boots
    • National Arts Centre Orchestra with James Ehnes
    • Canadian League of Composers 75th Anniversary
    • Any events not presented by the Isabel (Isabel events are marked with a green logo)
    • Any free events
